in the beginning Aimme ma had great communication, good listening to what I wanted and my customizations, details of my sample such as shipping, tat were talked and set,but then after placing order, it turned in to a big mess! Communication was horrible, was expecting my samples to be in production for 20 days, and shipping to me be 7-15days, and it turned in to 30 days and some change, when I asked on the 22nd day if my product had been shipped it took a little to get an answer, and then finally I was told it got busy, and my item would be out that week, well then another week passed I asked for pictures, so I could see where my samples were at, she said they would be out that week, and they had gotten new equipment and so it was taking time, well finally they shipped, that was great they were here very fast at that, but my samples were wrong, the fabric was great, but everything was rushed when put together.waiting on correct samples to be made but no update. they met my moq but :(
